Please call (416)281-5883 to book your appointment. A valid major credit card number might be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We confirm all appointments 72 hours in advance via email. Please ensure that we have your correct email address on file. If you prefer that we call you please inform us upon booking. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. At any time, you are more than welcome to call prior to your appointment to confirm the exact time & service.

Same-day bookings are considered confirmed.

 We are dedicated to maintaining a serene spa environment, one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect other guests’ right to privacy and quiet.

We invite you to make arrangements for infants & children before you arrive and that you not bring children to Parker Skin Care to accompany you for your spa service.  Children are not permitted to roam around the spa unsupervised.   

Parker Skin Care welcomes teens 13 to 17 years of age when accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Please note that under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.  

Health information is required by law from all guests regardless of age. 

Health information is collected to promote a safe and healthy environment for our guests, ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies that could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience.

We understand life can get in the way, however because Parker Skin Care is by appointment only, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please review our cancellation policy and provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For appointments scheduled on a Tuesday, we require a cancellation by the previous Saturday before 3:00 p.m. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at (416)281-5883. If we cannot answer your call, please leave your information on our answering service, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Failure to show without notice or same day cancellation/ 100% of the service price will be charged

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.   

We will do our best to complete your service in the allotted time remaining. We respectfully will not delay the next guest that is scheduled.

Gift cards are available for any Service, Spa Package or in any dollar denomination. Gift cards are an excellent way to reward and recognize someone special. 

Spa Gift Cards can be purchased at the spa or by telephone 416-281-5883

If you receive a Spa Gift Card for a package or service that you don’t want, you may use the dollar value of that Spa Gift Card towards any product or service you would like, however, Spa Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Remainders on Spa Gift Cards can be applied to future visits or used to purchase After Spa Care products. Spa Gift Cards do not include gratuities and cannot be used for this purpose.

• Dollar amount gift cards have no expiry date.  All service gift cards will have a 1 year expiration date from month of purchase.
• Parker Skin Care Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Gift cards are non-replaceable or refundable.

Service packages, Service series, pre-paid treatments and gift cards are not subject to refunds. Packages and pre-paid treatments and gift cards for any service are good for 1 year after the date of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services. 

Skin Care Products: Due to hygienic reasons there will be neither refunds nor exchanges on retail product sales. Exceptions will be made in case of manufacturing defects duly supported. 

Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash are accepted. 

Prices do not include HST and are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities are not included but are welcomed in recognition of outstanding service and customarily start at 10%-15% of the value of the treatment.  Gratuities are payable by cash or using our debit/credit machine. 

However gratuities are left completely to your discretion.

Our website offers the ability for users to subscribe to newsletters that may offer services, promotions, Loyalty programs and special event invitations. You can opt-out of our third-party email provider GoDaddy by unsubscribing directly from the bottom of your emails or contacting us directly at info@parkerskincare.ca to be removed.
